We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Policy
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Items must be free from damage, stains, or odours
- Final sale unable for return
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email us at info@goldendarlings.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return address and instructions. Once your item(s) have been received safe and sound we will then initiate your refund which will be processed with 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
A flat fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
